I was originally going to do a step-by-step tutorial on this one, but I got halfway done and thought "Crap, I was going to do that..." I'll just have to make up for it with a few other tutorials instead.

Anyways, this particular picture took me about 7 hours to do. The magic coming up around her drove me INSANE!! So I ended up using a photoshop brush I found here. [link]
